ORDERING
-
For the best results, we recommend cooking your pies straight from frozen.
1. Preheat your oven to 195°C (Gas Mark 5).
2. Remove the pie(s) from the freezer and place them on a baking tray, leaving them in their foil trays.
3. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until piping hot throughout.
4. Remove from the oven and leave to stand for 6–7 minutes. This helps the pastry firm up and makes it easier to remove from the foil.
5. Carefully remove the foil and serve. If the pastry sticks slightly, gently tease the foil away by making a small cut in the foil with scissors or a knife.

Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a call—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.
-
Yes. Cook your pies from frozen at 190°C for approximately 35 minutes, leaving them in their foil trays. As all air fryers vary, please ensure the pie is piping hot all the way through before serving.
-
The fillings are fully cooked before they're carefully packed into our handmade pastry, but the pastry itself is left uncooked. This means you bake the pie just once at home, giving you beautifully crisp, golden pastry and the freshest possible flavour.
We believe this is the best way to enjoy our pies, as it delivers a much better eating experience than reheating a pie that's already been baked.
Please place your pies straight into the freezer as soon as they arrive.
-
Yes.
Once your pies have been fully cooked and allowed to cool completely, they can be frozen again for up to three months.
When you're ready to enjoy them again, simply defrost thoroughly before reheating until piping hot all the way through.
For the best quality and food safety, we recommend only reheating your pies once.
-
A use-by date is printed on the outside of your box.
For the very best quality, we recommend enjoying your pies within three months of receiving them.
Although, if you're anything like us… they probably won't last that long!
